We are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as an HR Coordinator (m/f/d) for our HR Corporate team at our Idstein headquarters. In summer 2026, our headquarters will relocate to Eschborn, and your primary workplace will move there accordingly. The position is limited to two years.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, including the preparation of all relevant documentation.
  • Preparing the monthly payroll by collecting, reviewing, and processing all payroll-relevant data such as working hours, allowances, absences, and special payments.
  • Creating and maintaining provisions (e.g., vacation, bonuses, overtime).
  • Supporting monthly and annual financial closings by providing relevant HR data.
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding all administrative HR matters as well as payroll-related questions.
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and processes.
  • Preparing statistics, analyses, and HR reports.
What you bring:
  • Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by an HR-related qualification (e.g., further training in human resources).
  • Initial professional experience in a commercial role, ideally with exposure to HR processes.
  • Knowledge of social security, payroll tax, and labor law is an advantage.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong team orientation, high loyalty, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Sense of responsibility, reliability, and quick comprehension.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).
  • First experience with time management and/or payroll systems (e.g., ATOSS, Hansalog).
