We are looking for you to join our team in the HR Corporate Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a HR Specialist (f/m/d) as soon as possible. Our company headquarters will relocate to Eschborn in summer 2026, and your primary workplace will move to Eschborn from that time onward.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
  • Providing support to a defined group of employees and managers in all HR‑related matters
  • Advising managers on day‑to‑day topics related to labor law, organizational and personnel matters
  • Supporting individual HR measures (e.g. reorganizations, transfers, contract changes) in close coordination with the HR Back Office
  • Assisting managers in performance, development, and feedback processes
  • Taking responsibility for the operational implementation of the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
  • Preparing works council hearings, employment contracts, and contract amendments
  • Ensuring consistent and timely HR administration for the assigned area
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and standards, including project work
What you bring:
  • Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by a qualification in human resources (e.g. HR specialist)
  • At least three years of professional experience in an operational HR function
  • Sound knowledge of social security law, payroll tax regulations, and employment law
  • Confident user knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Initial experience in project work, particularly in the area of process automation and digitalisation, is an advantage
  • Experience with HR systems and the use of digital and AI‑supported tools to support everyday tasks
  • Proficient German language skills and good working knowledge of English; openness to working in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally and to collaborate constructively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Team‑oriented, structured, and reliable working style in an operational HR environment
  • Willingness to take responsibility and to work within an open and constructive feedback and learning culture
